Quick update:

We've written before about our new service – instant playback – which makes it easy to review video footage while it is still sitting on the cameras on your vehicles. I'm pleased to say that the service is proving very popular and useful.

It's important, however, to understand that the images on cameras are being constantly overwritten – with the oldest files being overwritten first. While the maximum age of footage onboard is 28 days, busy vehicles may well have a shorter turn-around time, due to space constraints. It is important, therefore, that you request video downloads promptly, as soon as you become aware of the need.
